Unfortunately it doesn't seem to come with any standard graphics like RPG Maker or MyRPG Master, and admittedly the playable Demo Project doesn't really do a good job of showing off what it can do, but if you're already familiar with Unity it might be worth considering. It seems capable of making a few different types of RPG, all without coding. Now, if you want a 3D RPG Maker that is available now, and you don't mind having to make most/all of the assets yourself, you could try out the ORK Framework for Unity: Now apparently the developer of MyRPG Master is planning to add turn-based combat sometime during the Beta, which is pretty cool, but until then I don't think MyRPG Master will attract the RPG Maker crowd. These are two very different types of RPGs, so comparing the two is a little bit like comparing apples to oranges. Meanwhile, MyRPG Master seems to be for making action RPGs more in line with Morrowind or Skyrim.

RPG Maker is known for making JRPGs (Japanese RPGs), a style of RPG typically categorised by it's random encounters and turn-based battle systems (think Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, or Star Ocean). I don't think you can really consider this a "3D RPG Maker", not yet anyway.
